At Image Crafter, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a store credit option. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth process.

 


 

Return Guidelines:

1. Store Credit Only: All returns are eligible for store credit only. We do not offer refunds or cash back.

2. No Price Matching or Adjustments: Prices are final at the time of purchase. If an item goes on sale after your purchase, we do not offer price adjustments.

3. No Reissued Store Credit: Once store credit is issued, it cannot be reissued or replaced if lost or misplaced.

 


 

Return Requirements:

1. Approval First: To start your return, you must submit a request through our Return Request Form within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your reason for return, item number, and any relevant details.

2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

3. Packaging: Please ensure your return is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

 


 

Return Process:

1. Submit Your Request: Use our Return Request Form within 14 days of receiving your order to provide all necessary details.

2. Await Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved (typically within 3-5 business days), you will receive an authorization email with return instructions.

3. Send It Back: Ship your item to the provided address within 7 days of receiving your authorization email. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Inspection and Processing: Once your return is received, our team will inspect it within 5-7 business days.

5. Store Credit Issued: If your return meets our guidelines, we will issue store credit via email within 2-3 business days after inspection.

Damaged or Defective Items:
