What is Image Crafter all about?
Image Crafter is all about helping women embrace their unique style with comfortable, versatile pieces that blend casual and polished vibes. Our goal is to make sure you feel confident no matter what role you’re stepping into.
When will the first collection drop?
We’re so excited to announce that our first drop is coming in September/October! Stay tuned on our social media and sign up for our newsletter for early access and updates.
How do I know what size to order?
Great question! Our products come in sizes XS to 2XL. We recommend checking out our Size Guide to find your perfect fit. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!
What’s your return policy?
We totally get it—sometimes things don’t work out. We offer store credit only on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Start by submitting a return request through our Return Request Form.
• You’ll receive an approval email with instructions.
• Once your item is inspected, we’ll issue store credit via email.
• Return shipping is on you, but we promise to make the process as easy as possible!

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel, shoot us an email at hello@shopimagecrafter.com ASAP! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate. Once it’s on its way, we can’t make changes.
How long does shipping take?
We know you’re excited to get your new gear! Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days after processing. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it’s on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we’re focused on delivering within the U.S., but stay tuned—international shipping is definitely on our radar!
What if my item arrives damaged?
Oh no! We’ve got your back. Send us an email at hell@shopimagecrafter.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll make it right!
Are your items true to size?
Our pieces are designed to offer a comfortable, flattering fit. Most items are true to size, but if you prefer a more relaxed or fitted look, consider sizing up or down. Check out our Size Guide for more tips.
