At Image Crafter, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a store credit option. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth process.
Return Guidelines:
1. Store Credit Only: All returns are eligible for store credit only. We do not offer refunds or cash back.
2. No Price Matching or Adjustments: Prices are final at the time of purchase. If an item goes on sale after your purchase, we do not offer price adjustments.
3. No Reissued Store Credit: Once store credit is issued, it cannot be reissued or replaced if lost or misplaced.
Return Requirements:
1. Approval First: To start your return, you must submit a request through our Return Request Form within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Please include your reason for return, item number, and any relevant details.
2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
3. Packaging: Please ensure your return is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
Return Process:
1. Submit Your Request: Use our Return Request Form within 14 days of receiving your order to provide all necessary details.
2. Await Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved (typically within 3-5 business days), you will receive an authorization email with return instructions.
3. Send It Back: Ship your item to the provided address within 7 days of receiving your authorization email. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Inspection and Processing: Once your return is received, our team will inspect it within 5-7 business days.
5. Store Credit Issued: If your return meets our guidelines, we will issue store credit via email within 2-3 business days after inspection.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@shopimagecrafter.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

How do I know what size to order?
Great question! Our products come in sizes XS to 2XL. We recommend checking out our Size Guide to find your perfect fit. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!
What’s your return policy?
We totally get it—sometimes things don’t work out. We offer store credit only on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel, shoot us an email at hello@shopimagecrafter.com ASAP! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate. Once it’s on its way, we can’t make changes.
How long does shipping take?
We know you’re excited to get your new gear! Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days after processing. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it’s on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we’re focused on delivering within the U.S., but stay tuned—international shipping is definitely on our radar!
What if my item arrives damaged?
Oh no! We’ve got your back. Send us an email at hell@shopimagecrafter.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll make it right!
